Beat 42: Heddon Valley

About Beat 42: Heddon Valley

With just over a Km of double bank Exmoor stream, running all the way to the picturesque Heddon Mouth beach this is some special fishing. Opening on March 15 till Spetember 31, you can expect some challenging but rewarding trout fishing. From the car park, walk down the riverside paths to the beach, get in and carefully wade up. Picking pockets and chutes all the way while exploring the larger deeper pools. New for the 2019 season and unfished in the previous years, we can't say much about what you might find, but some great things have been said and it's in terrific condition.
