Beat 56: Fenteroon

About Beat 56: Fenteroon

350m on RHB on the Upper River Camel. This pretty stream has a public footpath running along its length, providing easy access to the various small pools and runs. We’d recommend fishing a single fly or light duo using a Roll, Bow & Arrow and side casts to cover the water here as space is limited. Despite being quite small, EF and angling catch returns show some sizeable fish, with a few fish over the 12” caught. This Beat is best fished when there’s been some rain and the water has a touch of colour and pace to it
